The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on okebt. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. okebt employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okebt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okebt account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okebt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify okebt immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
okebt is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. okebt reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
You may request the closure of your okebt account at any time by contacting okebt customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification.
All financial transactions on the okebt Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). okebt supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and the okebt internal wallet. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change at okebt's discretion.
Deposits to your okebt account are processed in real time for supported e-wallet methods including GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. okebt does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. okebt reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. okebt does not charge withdrawal fees. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
okebt reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
okebt is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related regulations. okebt monitors transactions for suspicious activity and is required by law to report certain transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). By using okebt, you confirm that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
okebt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

The RNG systems used by okebt's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by okebt or any third party.
Each game available on okebt is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, okebt reserves the right to void the affected game round or transaction. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous display of winnings, those winnings will not be paid. okebt will make reasonable efforts to restore affected accounts to their pre-malfunction state. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
For sports betting markets including PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, and boxing, okebt publishes specific betting rules for each sport and market type. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. okebt reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement period, or affected by circumstances outside okebt's control.
Maximum bet limits apply to all sports betting markets and may vary by event, market type, and player account status. okebt reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okebt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

okebt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okebt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okebt does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. okebt will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money wagered on okebt. okebt is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform. You participate in all games and betting activities entirely at your own risk.

okebt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, okebt reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as at the player's own request — any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of applicable checks.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okebt Platform, you agree to first contact okebt customer support to seek an informal resolution. okebt will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent okebt from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
